Privacy Policy – Funda FML Downloader

Funda FML Downloader ("the Extension") is a Chrome browser extension that lets you download floorplan (.fml) files from Funda.nl listing pages for use in Floorplanner.

Data collection

The Extension does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers.

Data processed locally

• Funda.nl pages: The Extension reads the page content (DOM) only on Funda.nl listing pages to detect floorplan data and FML URLs.
• Local storage: FML URLs and filenames are stored temporarily in Chrome's local storage (chrome.storage.local) per browser tab. This data is removed when you close or navigate away from the tab.
• Downloads: When you click the extension icon, the FML file is downloaded directly from Amazon S3 (fmlpub.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com) to your device. No file content passes through our servers.

Third parties

The Extension does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking. It does not share data with third parties.

Permissions

The Extension requests:

• funda.nl: To run on Funda listing pages and detect floorplan data.
• amazonaws.com: To download FML files from the hosting service used by Funda.
• Chrome APIs: downloads, storage, notifications, and scripting for extension functionality.

Changes

This privacy policy may be updated. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version.
